Turnover Saint Paul Concert reviews
Good music just don't come hungry
The incredible variety of musicians was enjoyed by me. I got to see all the performances and there are no complaints on the music. All the performers were amazing.
However, due to spending a majority of your time in lines, I do not recommend this event. There was a good selection of food trucks; however, it took over an hour to get food. I never once walked past a food truck without a line. There was a mass crowd with lots of angry people pushing. It was a little scary. When you got into the beer garden, there was a 30-minute wait to get a beer. I don't know if this was set up to try and limit the drinks people consumed. There was a 20-minute wait to get into the beer garden. Due to the festival being all ages, they had beer gardens, and that was the only place to get alcohol. The bathrooms also had a wait and were a good 15-minute walk away from the main stages and beer garden. So if you left, it took about an hour to go to the bathroom, wait in line, and then in line to get back in the beer garden.
Last complaint is that you were not able to bring in chairs, one of the stages was a dirt lot. So basically, you could sit on the street or dirt. Standing for hours in the heat was not fun. If they are able to get the food, beverage, and bathroom situation corrected, it could be a fun event.
